My TV (Model LT26407 & Part# Fa2B-26ZDZ) will not come out of 'Standby'. When I push the power button, the light turns green (no activity on the TV) and after about 20 seconds the lights goes back to red

Look at the power supply first since it is easier to get to, look for burnt parts, bad capacitors, etc.
