My ultra tv will black out after having it on for a few minutes, but the sound is still okay. I can then turn it off and wait for a few minutes and turn it back on okay and then the same thing happens again

It seems tv lose its back light and screen turns black because back light inverter board fails for some reason.
Back light inverter and power supply board can be cause of that problem and need to be checked by tv repairman.
