My vacuum toilet won't flush. The bowl is full of water, but pushing the plunger doesn't have any impact on the bowl. I can hear the vacuum, and when I open the back, I can see the plunger depress and then slowly relax, but nothing else happens

Vacuum toilets often do not have model number printed on them.
Try to understand if the vacuum pump is working.
If the vacuum pump is not working, check the following:
a. Check input power, circuit breaker and fuse. b. Tighten or reconnect wires at vacuum pump and tank, vacuum generator, or vacuum holding tank. c. Be sure wires at vacuum switch are connected to “B” terminals. d. Check vacuum switch. Short across “B” terminals with jumper wire. e. Replace motor. f. Empty the holding tank.
If the vacuum pump is working, check the vent plug is not closed or obstructed, and replace the vent filter.

Vac toilets all work in the same way.
Do not get confused by experts asking for model number.
Please let us know how your problem goes. Do not forget to leave feedback at the end.
