I just got a brand new lg chocolate vx 8550 off of ebay a few days ago. It was still in the box and everything! When i went to the verizon store to get it activated i asked them about v-cast music. Then i asked them, is there a way to put music from i tunes on it, so they gave my a little memory card. It worked and i could play music and everything like it should work, but then i pressed the up key the screen went white! I couldnt turn the phone off or anything, but it kept playing music. So now if i play music, and i push the up key (on the track weel) the screen goes white. Please help me. I had been waiting for this phone for a YEAR! And when it crashed the first time i was crushed...what should i do...
