My Verizon touchpro no longer has a display. I can receive calls, and send using the voice dial feature. It seems to sync with my computer, but I can see nothing. The soft reset does not work

Well that points to the flex cable. it may need replacement as it is usually the number one cause of such. but first have the set opened and checked to confirm that it is not simply loose and if that doesn't work out, have it replaced. this is how it looks like and you may even purchase it there or here.
