My viewsonic monitor is not working
My viewsonic CRT Monitor is out of order and I need your service engineer to attend it at the earliest. Details of the monitor are given below:

The monitor is around 5 / 6 years old.
Problem: Last few days it was giving a distorted picture and not getting adjusted in spite of manual adjustment. Now when the PC is started, the green light blinks (no yellow light seen) and no picture appears on the monitor.
