Report "My visual land mp3 player (model: VL-557S-2GB-BLK) wont work. whenever i turn it on and stays on a hourglass screen forever. and when i plug it into my pc same thing happens, except windows wizard opens looking for a new hardware to install but it never works, plz help :)"
