My Vivotek PZ6112 have no video. Reset to factory defaults to no avail. Probably a bad chip. Vivotek will not repair. Do not want to send it to recycle bin
I have not cracked it open, since I have no parts to repair it with, and not certinn what part to replace. Application communicates with camera, pan & tilt works remotely
