The internal wires are extremely small. When the earphone that connects to the internal electronic board, came out of the slot that holds it in place (wobbles- not permanently attached) fell out and snapped the wires and broke. I can not find these "TINY" wires and the electronic suppliers local. I can describe the wires and send pictures. I have a Motorola Razor Maxx Android Verizon cellphone. If I can find the correct wire, I can replace it and solder the new wire to make the connection. I have fix electronics before. According to the warranty from the Blueparrott company, this type of breakage is not covered under the one year warranty. I am disable and holding a phone (any type) very long is painful! This was the most awesome headset I have ever found, even though it was a $110.00. I hope you can help me. Thank you!!
