So, I've had my tablet for a bit longer than a year, dropped it once or twice, but it still works perfectly. Then I got a new laptop and tried to install the programs and driver. but I think they might not be working properly, because the pressure always stays the same no matter how lightly or hard I press, the eraser won't work, and the two buttons on the side of the pen won't register either. Also, the mouse cursor won't move to where I tap on the tablet. It moves from the same place it was originally. and I know it's the programs or the computer, because I tried it again on the older computer, and it still works fine. I've tried restarting, taking it out of the computer and putting it back in, and even re-downloading the driver software. I can't think of anything else to do. Please help if you can :)
