Washing Machines - Whirlpool - LSR7333 Top Load Washer
Hello Friend, your machine is neither Pumping nor spinning, that is why it is unable to drain the water out. In this case you should check the pump. Your washer probably has a frozen pump pulley. If so you need to replace it. To check the pulley, remove the pump from the washer and try to rotate the pulley manually. If it doesn't turn freely--if it's frozen or stiff--replace it. Do get back to us if you need any further assistance. Thanks

On some models there is a rubber coupling between motor and transmission. this may be bad. if the coupling is bad the washer may agitate but not spin.
