My washing machine continues to Ul balance even after I replaced the suspension rods. what else can cause this?
I have a whirlpool Cabrio washing machine model WTW6600SB2 and I replace the balancing rods. What else can cause the UL balance to come on

Been there done that for a neighbor. Never figured it out. they bought new washer.
