Hi pull the red tag near the filter,also check for blockages because this will stop the door from opening at the end of the cycle,If you do a lot of cold washes you will need to do a heavy wash at 95 deg to clean the machine because sludge can also cause the same problem.the carbon brushes may need to be checked as well at this age.
