My water heater has a bit of water from the top is it normal. not leaking seems like sweating. the area where water appears is near the top and runs down the side nearest a concrete wall in the basement. I dried everything and could find no leaks, but 5 hours later with temp outside 26 and inside in the basement 64 I find a bit of moisture near the pressure valve on top. Do I have a problem or is it normal?
