My wave runner turns over and the batteri is new, and i have spark to the spark plugs but it still will not start. gas,oil,choke,batteri,and gas switch is all good. any help?

There is a needle inside the carburetor that is attached to a diaphragm by a teeter totter. It is in the lower corner of the cover. Water can collect in that corner or the carburetor and cause the needle/seat assembly to corrode. Take the carburetor top off and clean the white corrosion out the needle assembly and the gas should flow to the engine again.
