My WD 1T MYBOOK
Pc doesn't recognize. MAC recognizes the drive be cannot format - "resourse busy" I've tried using Norton on the PC and Disk Utilities on the MaC as well as StllerPhoneix. Right now, it's just a paperweight.
Any help?

Oh boy , mac , well for starters if the drive was formated on a PC , the mac may not recognise it at all.
namely because mac partition and PC partition are two different critters.
the only method I know of to get a MAC drive partitioned and formated for a mac is use FreeBSD tools.
I can hear my fellow geeks laughing and mocking me in the background for my lack of knowledge on this one , but hey at least it gets you one step farther than you were before.
