My Westinghouse LCM-22W2 has a blinking LED now. Before it would turn on and show the info for two seconds then go black. I replaced the caps and now it just shows a blinking LED... stays on for five seconds then goes off for two seconds and repeats. Please give me some idea of what to do next... thanks in advance for your assistance

First place to check will be the caps and voltages in the power supply section and go on from there to the backlights inverter circuits. I hope it is not lamp assemblies.

Or www.digikey.com just make sure to use caps with low ESR, 105c, high ripple current, long life rating such as PANASONIC FM or FC series.
