Report "My whisperflow WF-28, 2 HP pump does not maintain full water in the pump reservoir (as visible through the pump's plexiglass twist off access top to the reservoir. It fills then drains, the filles again. Meanwhile, the pump is on but sounds like it is continuously repeating the intial pump start up....the jets into the pool itself stream strongly for the few seconds the reservoir is full, the stop and emit little bubbles until the reservoir fills again...this repeats without end"
