My wife purchased a Cook Essentials Pressure Cooker, Model CEPC800 from QVC approximately three and a half years ago. We've used it about twenty times. On our last attempt, the unit was programmed to cook ribs. After about two minutes the power went dead within the unit. The power receptals in the kitchen checked OK. After cooling, I attempted to remove the base for troubleshooting. I could not locate anything obvious in identifying the problem. Is there any history or trend which could identify our problem with corrective action? We are located in 92867 Zip Code. Thank you for your time. Steve
