Report "My Williams wall furnace will not stay running. I have lit the pilot flame and it stays on has not gone off once. I have turned the thermostat all the way off and I pushed the little red button on the left side and then turned the thermostat back on and the furnace will come on and heat the room and shut off as it should and come back on for a second cycle and once the second cycle has finished the furnace will not come back on. I have to repeat the hole process again. And now this morning the pilot light is still on but the furnace won't come back on no matter how many time I reset it. Please can someone give me some advice that doesn't involve the pilot light going out. The pilot light seem to be the only thing that does work thank you so much"
