I suggest you hit the "reset" button - THEN immediately set YOUR local time zone (I'm assuming you're in Pacific time zone and it defaults to Eastern. So SET ZONE right after you RESET the unit. At 3 or 5 in the morning it should do a complete update for you. There is also a little "Antenna" icon on the unit - you should see that with several 'waves' if you've got a good signal. Also, put the radio/clock on the side of your house that most closely faces Denver, Colorado. Try those and let me know how it goes for you. Thanks, Johnny
