Tap on 'Start (the Windows logo) > Settings' (it is represented by a gray gear in front of an yellow folder. It should be the second item, from the bottom to the top, the closest one to the question mark, which stands for Help). Tap the second tab (standing for 'System') and search for an icon representing the Earth (standing for 'Regional Settings'). Tap over it and choose the language that better suits your needs, in the dropdown menu. Tap OK to save and quit. This procedure won't change the entire ROM to the language you want, of course, but will allow you to better understand what is going on with your device. Regards, Carlos
