My Xerox Phaser 8560DN cannot print blue. When running the eliminate light stripes test, about 50% of the cyan bars are missing. All the other colors test perfectly. Maintenance kit has less than 2500 pages on it, there are plenty of ink sticks in the unit. No smearing whatsoever. Paper feed is normal. Jacques
Reinstall the driver to eliminate any setting on page error ...and after that reset the printer,,,on most printers the resetting its done by holding down the start /reset button until it blinks or making a noise... before this completely shut it down and remove the power...put the power back and reset ..it is a matter of reading the color...probably if it is a refilled one ,,it dows that sometimes .even if it is half full..if it doesn't work you will have to replase the one that blinks with a new one ....cause these days the cartridges came with a chip that records the level and can not be reset ...if you used small ones...it works to refill them once and sometimes when it reaches the number of release almost like a big one ..its stops seeing it ..
When running the eliminate light stripes wizard, you selected "Jet Substitution Mode". This means that your problem is actually solved, but you still miss some of the cyan bars due to the fact that the test ignores all modes (including Jet Substitution Mode). So, in normal printing, everything will be printed fine.

About your problem ... you can try turning off the Jet Substitution Mode and see how is the xerox behaving. If you still have problems with your cyan ink stick (blue is absent or mostly absent on the printed page) try the other two light stripes solutions provided by your manufacturer.Sorry, my bad. I read "I am also getting". About your problem ... you can try turning off the Jet Substitution Mode and see how is the xerox behaving.
