MySmartDisk Firelite USBFLB60-C is recognised by my computer (Windows 7), but I receive a message that it is empty. However, wWhen I go to properties, or copy & paste, it shows that it still contains the 16g which it is supposed to. How can I read the contents? Regards, Bob McMillan

Most likely something went wrong with the file system - it was corrupted because you have some time ago disconnected it when it was still being used (you haven't used the Safely Disconnect option). To recover the data use something like http://findandmount.com/ or http://www.softpedia.com/get/System/Back-Up-and-Recovery/Recuva.shtml
