PC s/n = 0029975695: The tray will not eject at all. When eject button is depressed, the tray light will light and/or flash; I can hear the internal mechanism trying to work. This started 1 year ago, but would eject after 2-3 attempts; now nothing. There is no disc in the dive tray. I know how to open the PC case and remove the drive unit. I might add that the unit doesn't have a little pinhole that can be used for emergency manual opening. Can this be easily fixed or not?
