You can take the printer apart and get to the button board that is acting up and google it's part number to find a new/used replacement. If you don't want to service the printer yourself, the only other option is to contact the manufacturer and ask them where your nearest authorized crevice center is located and bring in your printer for what could be a rather pricey repair.
