The amp seems to be working. However, when playing a CD through the matching C515BEE player, the output loudness initializes to approximately 85% on startup, and cannot be turned down, by means of either the NAD remote or manually. Turning the volume up does increase the output sightly to maximum. This fault occurred after changing speakers with the amp and CD player turned off using the remotes (Standby mode), but not unplugged. Has the amp gone into "protect" mode, and if so, how do I reset it? I find it curious that I still have output, just not controllable output. Any helpful info or suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks.
