Nailgun misfires and wont reset normaly the driver blade does not return all the way to the top always. I was told that after so long of use or normal wear there are certain parts that need to be replaced

This is true. but you also need to be sure to use tool oil evey time you use the gun. if you dont use oil you will burn it up quicker.
