NAV cannot connect to the server
I have an Internet connection that works fine. However, I can't run LiveUpdate to connect to the server. I also cannot proceed to renew the subscription. Furthermore, if I type 'www.norton.com' in IE then a DNS error occurs...

Try to access another antivirus website online scanner and go to windows update if you are unable to access them as well you have Win32.Worm.Downadup.Gen. It prevents any access to any antivirus software and windows updates it also turns off any installed sntiviru updates. Removal is actually really simple just go here
