I bought this gps after christmas thru amazon.com. So it has been working perfectly (i used it to travel from oklahoma to georgia) until the other day when i came back from shopping. I turned it on and it was stuck on the screen (it showed a computer and a gps) like it was telling me it needed to be updated? I called navigon and they had no idea what that means or what it could be. They suggested sending me a new charger but could not guarantee that was the problem. I need a gps because i am in the army and i travel alot. So this is a inconvenience.
I am disappointed with navigon and i hate to buy another gps.

can you help me at all?
