If it does not hold the charge it means that the MP3 player has a faulty internal battery, and this must be replaced.
The fact that it cannot copy or transfer files from computer to MP3, can be related to the faulty battery. When the battery is faulty some mp3 crashes when trying to copy files into the disk.
This is a common problem on NAXA players, when the battery goes faulty the player does not copy music anymore.
Contact Naxa Electronics and complain about the fault, if they acknowledge that this is a factory defect, you may receive a free replacement from them.
