NComputing makes an X300, no products have a 360 number in them. The G31 should work with the X300. Uninstall any current version of vSpace. Reboot. Make sure you have no missing or conflicting device drivers inside of device manager. Also, while in Device Manager, navigate to the Ports Section and see if there is anything listed for Intel Active Management Technology. It will be listed as IAMT or SOL/COM3. If so, right click it and disable it. Then run the NComputing cleanup utility located here: www.nc-eng.com/tools/ncuninstall.exe. Download current version for XP (v4.03.104.1) from here: www.ncomputing.com/download/x300. Unpack the .ZIP file and install. Reboot and register.Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT install from the provided CD and upgrade. Simply install straight from the download file I provided in the link.Lastly make SURE you REGISTER the CARD and the XD1 boxes.
