NEC VT 660 Status light on
The Status light comes on when I press on/ stand by and nothing happens...I can't get the projector to switch on....says I've pressed control panel key when control panel key lock is enabled....okay but how do I rectify the problem? Grateful for some advice...

Your cabinet button is locked. Try holding down the EXIT button for 10 seconds and see if this helps.

Page 34 - Lamp Indicator - Blinking Red light - Lamp has reached its end of life.
Solution - Replace the lamp.

If really needs a repair then try to see your repair service for this kind of situation. if no other choice. they have tools to repair or change something on the internal hardware. hope that helps!

Ok try this take the batterys out of the remote for a few minitues and turn the projector off at the wall so it looses the memory and the remote should to
