Hey check this out! App on android can program that remote! I never use 3 digit program? Just do a general search, instructions are included with every remote. I can do them with my eyes closed. Work in a nursing home and they lose remotes daily. We keep RCA remotes in stock. Have had several different kinds and never took me longer then 3 minutes to get one working. If you lost instructions for remote itself? Just pull that remote up online and it will tell you in 3 steps or less. Or again, check out the apps, we have a CNA that uses the app instead of calling me. LOL.

Have you call your tv manufacturer, they will tell you to purchae another remote or if you have a menu" button on the front of your tv they will reset it for you . Hopes this helps!
