It looks like you've determined that your problem is the circuit breaker. If it keeps popping out and will not set in the "in" position you will need to replace it. You need to check for dead shorts in the wiring, which I assume you have done. Some local electronics stores may have the breaker you are looking for. To replace the breaker remove the electronics panel, unscrew the nut holding the breaker in the panel and disconnect the 2 wires on the breaker. There is no polarity on installation of the wires.
