Even after downloading the Kensington update software from http://www.kensington.com/kensington/us/us/s/1550/softwaredrivers.aspx and installing it, and yes the software could find my old datafiles and sync with outlook. However, the scanner itself would not work. System says driver not found, even in the new updated software. William
