What Keemo68 says is partially true. Most dealership techs are flat-rate so you need to allow them to work at there own pace. Most people that approach them snap there fingers and expect the info right now? All this does is slow down your process. Most of these guys do not get paid to look this stuff up for you. Pepboys, Kragens and Autozone also offer technical printouts if you are buying your parts through them. Most of the information on Fords can be found at www.motorcraft.com. Good luck, hope this helps.
Nine times out of ten you can probably go to a dealer service shop and get the print out. techs like to help techs especially if your buying most of your replacement parts from there. i do it all the time. never had one say no. please rate this solution. good luck.
