Not exactly a proxy, but you can use google translate to do the same thing: http://translate.google.com/?hl=en# Translate the URL you want to go to (facebook.com) from any language into English. As the page you want is already in English, it'll just give you the page. And I bet google isn't blocked on your school computer.
