Need assistance for a doro neobio 25r + 2.my 2yr old son has been pressing the buttons on the phone and now we cannot get a dial tone.we can get incoming calls,but as soon as you answer it you get a beeping noise and the same goes when you make a call.as soon as you hit the green button you get a beeping noise.so at the moment we cannot use the phone at all which is very annoying
