Need belt 38528- brush belt
I just had the belt replaced at a sweeper shop. It seems each time I **** up a throw rug, the belt gets stretched out then the brush won't run. 1. Do I have to get a new belt everytime? 2. Is there a way to tighten it? 3. I have the brush belt part number, but searches always seem to bring up the self propelled belt? Thanks.

Belts will stretch when they slip. There no adjustments on beater-bars. The way to prevent this is to have a height adjustment to be high on high pile and low for low pile rugs.
