Need code compatible with sky plus remote
Since having sky plus installed i cannot get a code that will allow me to control my tv with the sky plus remote!! I have tried every code given to me which are : 0696, 0292, 0199, 0322, 0207, 0440, 0179, 0331, and 1696 none of these work!
No website will recognise my make and model of tv! PLEASE HELP!!

Funai- - I am a sky agent & have the codes for all makes and models of tv's - However you have already recived the code that would be used for your tv '0179' / it could be that you are programimg the remote wrong if this is not the case - I can tell you that because of skys changing thier manufactors of thier boxies & remotes that Not all remotes will acceppt the code or programing and unless you are willing to buy every remote new & old to find the one that will I'm afarid you're stuck with the remote for the tv-
however you can sometimes get comi-remotes that will work all your appl.-tv,dvd,video&sky+.
but check with the dealer to make sure before you buy or have it that if it dose'nt work you can bring it back.
I can do a search myself for a make but it will take a few days to get some feedback from my surplliers.P
