I know that your problem is a LAN card driver so that you can connect to internet. "Not a internet driver". In this case if you will know what is the brand of your motherboard it is easy for you to download the LAN card driver. Just visit your motherboard website. Search the model of your motherboard then chose your model to download.
If it is hard for you to find the driver try to use this site and search the brand of your motherboard.
Please google this stuff or just go to the abit website.
You say you have an IC7, but most likely you have an IC7-G or IC7-MAX3, because according to the IC7 specs, it doesn't have an ethernet port.
If you have an IC7-G check this website for the LAN drivers: http://www.abit.com.tw/page/en/download/download_driver_detail.php?pFILE_TYPE=Driver&pMAIN_TYPE=Motherboard&pTITLE_ON_SCREEN=IC7-G&pSOCKET_TYPE=Socket%20478
If you have an IC7-MAX3 check this website for the LAN drivers (they may be the same as the ones above, but I'm not certain): http://www.abit.com.tw/page/en/download/download_driver_detail.php?pFILE_TYPE=Driver&pMAIN_TYPE=Motherboard&pTITLE_ON_SCREEN=IC7-MAX3&pSOCKET_TYPE=Socket%20478
If you aren't sure you can try both.
Also, if you are using an add-on PCI Network card, refer to the manufacturer of that card's website.
