The amp is getting power, I checked it with a meter. The red led comes on showing the unit is getting input from remote wire. I have a kenwood head unit. I tried to meter rca jacks for voltage from head unit not sure if I was metering right put positive lead on rca post and negative lead on outside of rca jack. Checked for both dc,and ac voltage was told should have between 200 millivolts to 2.5 volts.
