My granny in Europe sent me a photo of her oven's screen and it has two symbols she's never seen before. On the left in red appears 1S and on the right is a red plate icon with steam, or it looks like that. The oven works but doesn't heat. I think it's defrost or something that somebody activated accidentally. She never presses anything except numbers, Start and Cancel. There must be a way to reset it. I can't find the manual for this online. Any advice, please?
