I have a really old SILVER Creative Labs Nomad Zen Jukebox USB 2.0. I had not used it for about a year or two. I tried charging it and turning it on but the battery was completely dead. I know it works because it will come on and show "LOW BATTERY" even after I have had it plugged in for a long time. I am guessing I need a new lithium. Can I open the player, and do you know what kind of battery I need to buy? I have a lot of music on this player and want to save it to an external drive to save it. I really love this player, and would also like to download upgrades, but I guess no one supports this any more.
