Need instructions for assembly, proportions water and rice (brown & white), cooking time, how to operate
Inherited a Salton RA-3 rice cooker with no instructions. I don't know how to assemble the parts, amounts of rice and water, how to operate, cooking time. Same proportions for brown or white rice? Thanks for help!
