I Need to know how to activate, (deactivate) alarm, chime, stopwatch, etc., and how to set time, day, month, (and year if available).

There were no instructions included with this product.

Mainly, if I could just set time, day, & month and deactivate alarm and chime; I would be satisfied (If I must set priorities).

This is a good watch and easy to read. Battery CR2016
