Ok i put the cb in my 01 jeep wrangler, ive had problems with noise interference but got most of that fixed, i have a fiberglass k40 antenna, hot wire directly to battery, grouded to body, but the problem is i can pick up pretty well its i cant go out that far, any quik inexpensive fixes for giveing me more output power, i had a guy tell me i could snip something on the circuit board and it would fix the restrictor they have on them, im not really firmiliar with cbs anyway just thought it would be something fun to get into, and dont want to pour a bunch of money into it, any ideas on a cheap fix
