Need new paddles
The top of one of my paddles is rounded out, no longer rectangular, so the spindle spins, but the paddle stays still.

Your best source is directly from Zojirushi. I ordered a replacement set of paddles when the teflon started flaking off mine.
The price was reasonable and delivery was quick. The zojirushi website is http://www.zojirushi.com go tot he Zojirushi Store! link to order parts. The blades currently list for $6.50 each.
