Although I agree with the first answer you got from Todd Marr...a lot of available volunteers here have been around a lot of blocks... Can call out the Whirlpool & Frigidaire units you share parts with... and how to very cheaply you can test various parts to bring you to your very quick victory...
I'm just saying, ice-maker, defrost issues, warm refrigerator side... Fast frost build-up... puddles?
